Profile: Los Angeles born American singer-songwriter best known for his classic soundtrack for "The Mack". He also worked with many Motown artists, including The Jackson 5 for whom he co-wrote the hit "I'll Be There". Sadly Willie passed away at his Dallas home in September 2005 aged 60.
